Address format: 1234 S Main St  or 321 E 19th Ave
- Street directions are a single letter.
- Streets like 12th Avenue are written in numeral form.
- Street types are abbreviated to 2 or 3 characters. 

Parcel ID format: 03-02-17-200-016 or 70-16-32-108-014
- Parcel ID numbers are made up of five sets of numbers divided by dashes. They will start with either 03 or 70. 

Owner name format: "Last First M & First M" or "Last First & Other-Last First" or "Townsville Holdings LLC"
- Owners are listed as last name first, then the first name and finally the middle initial if applicable. 
- If there are two listed owners, the will be seperated by an ampersand. There will be no other punctuation. 
- If both owners have the same last name it will only be listed once. 
- Corporate and trust owners read exactly as their corporation or trust name. 

Additional Tips:
- Try searching for the minimum information necessary to return your result such as only one owner name or "321 Maple" with no street type included. 
- The search is not case sensitive.
